Caretaker

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team, based across multiple portfolios in the south region.

A company van is based out of Reading, it would be accessible for the role.

Job Title: Mobile Property Caretaker

Location: Reading

Salary: Salary £19,800 + Bonus + Additional benefits

Hours: Core working hours are 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday with extra hours sometimes required.

Key Skills:



* You will show a keen interest in gardening, no trade qualifications are required but previous experience in a similar type role would be highly advantageous.


* You will demonstrate good decision-making skills and common sense.


* You will take pride in consistently providing a high standard of customer service as you will be acting as a Community Property Care' representative when on site.


* You will have experience of working to achieve agreed works are completed within agreed time frames.


* You will be a team player who ensures that all our estates and communal areas are clean, tidy and in a safe condition.


* You will live in or around the Reading area to enable the morning pick up and afternoon drop off.


Experience:



* cleaning: 1 year (preferred)


* Grounds Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)


* Licence/Certification:


* Driving Licence (required)
