What a day as a Team Leader looks like:

✅ Assessments on the clients
✅ Creating care plans to the clients needs
✅ Training and mentoring new care staff
✅ Allocating new clients to their care team
✅ In the field care work when needed
✅ Managing out of hour shifts

For this position, we require someone who has hands-on experience doing home care before, that you have a full UK drivers license and access to your own vehicle and we can teach you the rest along the way.
