Pay Rate: $30/hr+


Location: Lawrenceville, NJ - Hybrid (2 days/wk onsite + flex schedule)


Our industry-leading client is searching for a Tech Support Specialist to join their team.

This is a contract opportunity with the possibility of extension based on performance.


Here's what you'll be doing:



  • Provide deskside and over-the-phone support, troubleshooting user technology issues

  • Resolve hardware, network connectivity, and app related issues and concerns

  • Coordinate with the appropriate subject matter experts to obtain assistance to resolve concerns for proprietary applications of the client

  • Assist Project Managers in the end-to-end process for destination moves and hardware/software upgrades


Here's what our ideal candidate has:



  • Knowledge of PC hardware, software, and networking issues

  • Prior experience in a similar position

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience working in a higher education environment

  • Any related certifications (Comptia, ITIL, Miscrosoft, Cisco, etc.)
