Production Manager – Exeter - £45k

My client, a successful and growing food manufacturer with sites in the South West, is looking to recruit a Production Manager for their food factory near Exeter.

The successful Production Manager will have a strong food/drink production background and enjoy being hands on.

This is a Day based Monday to Friday role where you will manage approx..

25-30 staff and mainly supplies its products to the Retail and wholesale sector.

The successful Production Manager:
- Must have Food / Drink Production Management experience
- Happy managing a team of circa 30 staff
- Must be Hands only
- Have drive and excellent people skills
- Happy to work days Monday to Friday but with some flexibility as the site operates a double day and weekend shift

This role is commutable from Exeter, Taunton, Honiton, Launceston, Sidmouth, Oakhampton and may suit a candidate that has previously worked as a Production Manager, Production Supervisor looking to step up.

Salary £45k DOE
