Technical Support Representative

Technical Support Representative – French speaking

We have an exciting opportunity to join a Global Leader in Talent Innovation as a Technical Support Representative (fluent French & English essential)

You will work as part of a dynamic and busy Customer Service team situated in their Global Customer Service Centre (GCSC), which is the heart of their international and dynamic culture.

You will be one of the main points of contact for their customers and responsible for solving their technical challenges.


  • You will provide effective technical support in response to inbound calls and emails in accordance with departmental SLAs and to the agreed quality standards – in order to drive optimum service to Customers
  • You will be responsible for the initial research and investigation prior to escalating unresolved issues to the Regional Service Team (RST) through the use of the RST portal and to monitor progress through to resolution, keeping Line Manager or Team Leaders informed
  • You will support the Technology teams in the testing of online products and will perform outbound courtesy calls to Customers as required
  • Your system knowledge will be maintained through ongoing training & Development.

Salary                    £25K + bonus

Location               Surrey (outskirts of London- working from home and office)

Hours                    A shift pattern will apply to this role, on a rotational basis (7.30am-3.45pm, 9am-5.15pm, 9.45am-6pm).

This is an entry level role and would suit someone with a technical ability looking to develop their career within in a customer focused environment.  Perhaps a graduate with some systems knowledge, particularly knowledge of the windows operating system plus skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and internet related issues.
