Project Administrator


As a Project Administrator, you will join our clients growing team and be involved in all aspects of the project management process from initial project enquiry, through to delivery where you will see projects you’ve been involved in manufactured and installed for a wide range of clients.


Our client does not require applicants to have a sign industry background or technical knowledge.  Full training will be provided, including an external course where you will learn the fundamentals of bespoke signage and manufacture.

What is critical to becoming a member of our client’s team is great communication skills.  Someone that has a great telephone manner and enjoys engaging with customers will exceed at this role. 

Reporting directly to the Operations Director your duties will include:

  • Supporting Project Managers with RAMS and site surveys.
  • Putting together O&M manuals.
  • Helping Key Account Managers with Pre-qualification questionnaires.
  • Ensuring timely dispatch of all project orders via regular communication with the production department and relaying updates back to customers as needed.
  • Process, manage and coordinate smaller orders from design stage through to customer delivery.
  • Assisting the Operation Director with ISO Audits and tasks throughout the year.
  • Putting together monthly invoicing reports.
  • General telephone support, both UK and Export departments. 

The role would suit an individual that would like the opportunity to be office based with the flexibility to work from home.

This role has great growth potential, and this comes with real progression opportunities to become a Project Manager in the future.

Travel across the UK will also be required.

The ideal person will need to meet the following criteria:


  • Great telephone manner
  • Fantastic communication skills, in person or via email / video calls etc
  • Customer service focused
  • 5 GCSE’s (Grade C/4 or above) including English & Maths
  • A Levels or College equivalent qualifications
  • Adaptable and capable of multitasking in a busy environment
  • Comfortable working to multiple deadlines at any one time
  • Ambition to learn and develop new skills


  • An interest in architectural and interior design
  • Microsoft office knowledge
  • Excel Reporting
  • Adobe Illustrator knowledge
