HR Assistant

Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for an ambitious Human Resource Assistant to work for our prestigious client based in Stafford.

This Human Resource Assistant position has the opportunity to allow the successful candidate to progress through the CIPD process and become part of the management team.

Reporting to the Managing Director our client are prepared to offer a full training package both internally and externally over a two year period before you take over as HR Manager once you are CIPD professionally qualified.

Ideally, we are looking for a candidate who has a background in training / recruitment / HR administration / or already be part-way through your CIPD training.

Job Description:

  • Assisting HR with the process of recruitment, including vetting candidates, assisting with interviews, and issuing employment contract
  • Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department
  • Compiling and maintaining paper, digital, and electronic employee records, including holiday and sickness leaves
  • Processing payroll and assisting with the documentation of employee compensation and benefits
  • Supporting HR-related training programs, workshops, and seminars
  • Entering employee data into computer database
  • Coordinating logistics for new hire orientations
  • Writing and submitting reports on general HR activities
  • Overseeing HR events and meetings and coordinating management-employee communications
  • Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency
