Software Product Analyst

We are searching for an Software Product Analyst to manage and improve the quality of our clients new and existing implementations of their software solutions, driving customer and user satisfaction.


You will responsible for ensuring that the software maintains and strengthens its market position through the effective management of customer issues and feedback.

You will be responsible for tracking, analysing and reporting these issues to deliver improved customer satisfaction and a better product.


You will be responsible for providing a second line technical support service to customers and colleagues ensuring that technical issues are resolved within agreed timescales and SLA's.


To be considered for this opportunity you must have good experience of working in a customer facing technical or analytical role.

You will be logical, analytical and a problem solver - you will need good Data Analysis skills as well as good time management abilities.


You will work closely with technical and non-technical people and therefore must be an excellent communicator.


On a day to day basis you will communicating with external customers, internal Product Managers, Product Architects and Software Developers to resolve customer issues and software problems.


Although you do not need to be a Software Developer to secure this role you will need to have a technical and analytical background and an understanding/knowledge of a mixture of some of the following;



- Data Analysis
- Excel

- Software Solutions
- CRM
- 2nd Line Support
- SLAs
- SQL & SQL Query Development
- SQL Server (RDBMS)
- .NET API / ASP.NET Web API
- Flat Data Structures
