2nd Line Support Engineer - DV cleared Job summary:

As the 2nd line support engineer you will be providing support to the tech bar, troubleshooting the MS Office suite, being a point of ecalation for the 1st Line team and working to company SLA's.

Essential skills/qualifications:

  • Active DV clearance

  • HP Service Manager

  • ServiceNow experience

  • Strong communication skills and customer service

  • Please note we are unable to accept applicants holding an OCI VISA

Core hours are 8am-6pm.

Alternate weeks - Monday to Friday, then Monday to Thursday.
