Service Administrator Vacancy - Motor Trade
Location: Oxford
Salary: £25,000 + bonus
Hours: Monday - Friday 40hrs

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Administrator for our clients site in the Oxford area.

Ideally looking for someone who has previous experience as a Service Administrator with a good working knowledge of After sales and the processes associated.

Previous experience as a Service Administrator though may consider a Service Advisor looking for a new opportunity.

Must have experience within the Motor trade.

Service Administrator role:
Working closely with the Service Advisors, Service Managers and the Workshop.

You will be tasked with the invoicing, administration within the service department.
, Preparing documentation relating to transactions, in an a methodical and accurate manner;
, Maintaining an efficient document storage system, which allows for prompt retrieval of information;
, Preparing accurate quotations for vehicle servicing and maintenance needs;
, Preparing invoices; and
, Maintaining accurate payment records.

Service Administrator Requirements:
- Must have experience within the Motor trade
- Ideally looking for someone who has previous experience as a Service Administrator though may consider a Service Advisor looking for a new opportunity.
- Must have strong administration skills and ability spin many plates
