Housing Options Officer - Woolwich

Are you a passionate, dedicated Housing Officer looking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are recruiting a Housing Options Officer to join a team based in Woolwich. 

Pay Rates: £14.84 - £18.68 per hour

Housing Options Officer role: Full JD Available

• To negotiate with landlords and inspect properties to ensure they meet Housing Health and Safety Rating Standard.
• To ensure service users receive advice about the housing options available to them, and support to access housing and other services that they need. 
• To carry out affordability assessments.
• To deliver a programme of support, maintaining contact and engagement with clients, regularly reviewing and updating support plans as appropriate.
• To undertake home visits including on an emergency basis.

Essential Requirements:

• Must have experience working or housing in the private sector
• Be able to prevent homelessness where possible
• Relevent qualification
• You Must Have Right to Live & Work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS Certificate registered onto the update service
