Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Salary: €4,000 - €5,000 per month
Location: Amsterdam

We are looking for a Human Resources for this award-winning restaurant chain.

They have operations in UK and NL and expanding! With a modern atmosphere and great high-quality products, they are very well-known in the market.

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of 2 people
• Implementing Human Resources policies
• Developing strategies for employee retention/ attraction, reducing absenteeism
• Advising the company on best practices
• Coaching the managers
• Creating programs for Training and Development

What are we looking for?

• Min 5 years experience in a similar role
• Fluent Dutch and English is a must
• HBO work and think level
• Knowledge of the Dutch labour law
• You can handle stressful situations well.
