Reception Administrator

As Reception Administrator you will be providing administration office support and be the first point of contact for all visitors.

The role is full time, permanent and based just outside Stratford-upon Avon.

There is a salary of up to £24,000 and a bonus of up to 10% per year, based on company performance.

Key Accountabilities for the Reception Administrator:

  • First port of call for all visitors

  • Receive all incoming post and all outgoing mail outs

  • Manage all stationery stock

  • Manage facilities for the office

  • Set up meeting rooms ahead of all meetings

  • Provide adhoc administration support to internal departments when required

  • Develop knowledge and understanding of all company activities

  • Provide support with contact centre when required

Skills Required for the Reception Administrator:

  • Strong, organised administration experience

  • Confident self-starter with excellent communications skills

  • An eye for detail with high levels of accuracy

  • Ability to work in a changing environment on multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Solid IT skills including all Office Suite

  • Excellent levels of customer care

  • Experience of working in a front of house or reception role would be an advantage
