A leading Microsoft Gold Partner is looking for a 1st Line Support / Desktop Support (O365, Windows Desktop) to join their busy, growing Support team.

As a 1st Line Support / Desktop Support (O365, Windows Desktop) you need to have experience of:





* O365 Tenant support: provisioning apps, creating users, supporting Microsoft Teams



* Supporting end users over remote login



* Excellent communication skills



* Support Windows & Desktops & Laptops



Great opportunity to gain training and certification in Microsoft Certs!



As a 1st Line Support / Desktop Support (O365, Windows Desktop) you will be working in a team of 5 people to support external customers.

You are able to be fully remote (UK based) and have previously worked from home.

You will be working to support users, frequently with O365 / Windows / Laptop Builds , dealing with a variety of different users up to and including senior stakeholders.





Opportunities to move into 3rd Line / Server support and learn Exchange, SharePoint & a whole lot more!!
