Business Support Assistant - Finance & QA

Projective is thriving in all business areas and have exciting plans for 2022 and beyond and as a result, we have an immediate requirement for an ambitious Business Support Assistant - Finance & Quality Assurance.


Your role as an administrator will be to assist the Finance and QA Manager in coordinating and maintaining the Quality Management System to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction through non-conformance reviews, internal audits, change management, updating policies, processes, procedures, and client feedback, ensure compliance with ISO 9001 (2015), to drive results and to promote and meet business objectives in activities pertaining to our ISO 9001 certified quality systems such as:


, Scheduling and undertaking internal audits
, Reviewing and updating processes with agreement from process owners
, Liaising with process owners to address any non-conformances
, Updating and maintaining the internal audit, corrective action and client feedback logs, documenting opportunities for improvement and corrective actions
, QA KPI reporting
, Assist the Finance and QA Manager in preparing for external audit
, Updating and maintaining the approved suppliers list
, Work closely with the development team to improve existing products/services


In addition to the above, we expect you to use your experience in business finance to assist the Finance and QA Manager in dealing with financial activities such as:


, Invoice scheduling and processing
, Supplier company creditor and debtors
, Purchase orders and invoices
, Company and staff expenses
, Finance KPI reporting


The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, be a quick learner and able to work independently.

, Business administration or office management experience

Qualifications and Additional Requirements:


, GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above - essential
, Qualification or a minimum of 2 years' experience in Business Administration
, Holder of a UK Driving license - desirable
, Currently eligible to work in the UK with no proven convictions
