We are partnered with a global Executive Search Agency with a strong presence in Sydney Brisbane, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, the Netherlands, and are now seeking to open an office in London.

Job Responsibility

  • You will have the chance to work closely with our client consultants and clients and be a key part of the search project team, sitting in on the requirement briefing call, researching target candidates and approaching them proactively to introduce Morgan Latif.

  • You will be responsible for mapping target companies, identifying target candidates, headhunting, posting jobs adverts, interviewing and assessing candidates for our searches.

  • In addition, you will support throughout the interview process, working closely with the lead Consultant on the project and the client directly, ensuring a world class service and experience.

  • You will be actively encouraged to come up with suggestions about how we can continuously improve and innovate both our internal processes, technology and candidate & client solutions.


Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in the recruitment sector is required,

  • Languages are preferred but not essential

  • Excellent communication skills

  • An eagerness to learn, a great deal of persistence,

  • A passion for working with people,

  • Good attention to detail

  • A desire to be your best self and do your best work.

  • Previous experience recruiting at a senior level internationally and or in a search environment is highly advantageous.
