Customer Care Agent

Mego Employment are currently recruiting for Customer Care Agents based at Bristol Airport.

Are you approachable, friendly and professional? This job role is to offer support to customers that may require additional assistance navigating the airport.

Job Role

  • Ensure efficient and friendly first point of contact for all passengers requiring assistance whether prebooked or unadvised

  • Ensure smooth operation of desk, assisting passengers with minimal delay

  • Observe passengers needs and make adjustments accordingly

  • Ensure passesngers are assisted to and from their final destination, including car parks

  • Actively assist passengers with their hand baggage on to and off of the aircraft and also hold luggage from baggage reclaim

Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Highly organised and able to plan ahead

  • Flexible approach to work

  • Able to cope in a high pressure environment

  • Educated to GCSE standard

All candidates must be able to obtain an airside pass - this will include 5 years of referencing and a DBS background check
