Recruitment Administrator

Our client, a successful and thriving recruitment agency in Teddington SW London, has an opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join the team,
the objective of the role is to provide administrative support to the recruitment consultants throughout the recruitment process

Snapshot of responsibilities

The role is designed to provide administrative support to the recruitment consultants to support
the recruitment process
To ensure incoming jobs are recorded and tracked in line with company and client requirements
Operate effectively in a flexible and demanding environment and proactively engage with internal
staff to co-ordinate recruitment activity
Work effectively within a team as well as managing your own workload
Handle highly complex, sensitive and contentious information
Assist the Compliance Consultants with the compliance of candidates
To support the delivery of day to day activities in candidate placements

Skills and experience

Previous administration experience
Previous experience in a recruitment or compliance role is desirable but not essential
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with intermediate keyboard skills
Strong knowledge of Excel
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to cope under pressure
Strong organisational skills
