PA / Office Manager

Location: Central London

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum - Hybrid working – 3 days in the officeand 2 days remotely

I am working with a high-performing client who is looking for an Office Manager/ PA.

the company is based in Central London and they are looking for someone who can play a big role within the company.

We’re looking for a high-performing PA, ideally with a background in marketing/media and a keen interest in PR, to play a key role in the business.

In this role you will be supporting the Co-Founders of the company and maintaining the office! The company centred around inclusivity, diversity, creativity and personality and they are looking for someone who can bring themselves to the role!

Key responsibilities:

  • Have a hands on approach with building relationships with clients, the team and  understanding the wider landscape, in a fast paced creative space
  • Manage and support our co-founders with diary management, coordinating travel and events  
  • Work on a variety of administrative tasks that are deadline driven for our co-founders and the wider team
  • Streamline our office processes ensuring the smooth running of the office
  • Work on marketing projects and support the team that are working on some of the most creative PR campaigns in the industry

Who we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in a previous high level demanding PA/office management role handling a wide range of tasks and responsibilities – ideally within the PR/media industry
  • Exceptional organisational ability, managing high quality work whilst working to tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven IT skills (Microsoft Office, Slack) with the ability to present information clearly and accurately and process data
  • The ability to anticipate needs and changes with sound judgement
  • A person that ‘gets things done’; you can juggle varying tasks and are flexible and adaptable to any given situation
  • Being proactive and self-motivated, you will be solutions focussed
  • You rarely drop the ball and usually have ideas of what or how to improve what we do
  • You are a stickler for attention to detail – you’ll have an eye for the finer detail that makes all the difference
  • Being easy going with a calm and professional approach under pressure
