THE ROLE


Working across multiple sectors you will work closely with senior managers and directors to assess training needs, as well as designing training plans to support and assist recruitment consultants in achieving their targets and business goals.

Adopting a blended approach to learning you will deliver both in person and virtual training.

Your responsibilities will include



  • Delivering face to face and virtual training and coaching sessions

  • Training delivery of our MCG Academy programme

  • One-to-one desk coaching

  • Conducting training needs analysis and prepare tailored training plans for individuals

  • Designing training sessions to be delivered to individuals and groups

  • Creating content for the online learning platform

  • Conducting refresher and remedial training sessions as needed

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE



  • Experience within recruitment

  • Proven track record of successful billing in a sales environment

  • Keen to take the next step in your recruitment career

  • Ability to deliver training in an engaging and relevant way

  • Able to inspire and persuade others

  • Mentoring or coaching experience is beneficial
