Part-time Warehouse Administrator - Temp-Perm
We are currently working with a specialist manufacturer of products used within the food industry.
Due to volume of work, they are currently seeking a part-time Warehouse Administrator to join them on a temp-perm basis.
The Warehouse Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Operations Department with expert administrative support to the Production & Warehouse teams.
Using the system to produce Batch Documents in conjunction with the schedules and to issue and book finished goods into stock after production in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities will include:
Batch Sheet sign off-ensure all boxes are correctly filled in
Pick list creation and distribution
Assist with Production scheduling and capacity planning
Product & BOM Maintenance on ERP system
Works Order processing
Monitor inputs vs outputs ensuring accuracy
Reporting material shortages
Maintain Production Schedule
Understanding Batch Allocation & Impact
Assisting with investigation to identify root causes to stock inaccuracies
General Filing, Scanning
Support Cycle Counts and reconciliation
Manage Production inbox & Distribute accordingly
Assisting Warehouse with filing & General Administrative Duties
Providing Relevant Information across the team
Assist with maintenance of KPI Logs
Liaising with logistics and Sales daily, ensuring accurate information is communicated across departments
Enthusiastic and hardworking individual with a focus on providing the best possible service.
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with others both internally and externally.
High attention to detail in producing accurate and precise data with inputs/outputs to the system.
Maintaining this precision when under pressure.
Ability to work to instructions.
Desire to help aid solutions to problematic process steps.
Strong IT skills with Microsoft Office, Excel & PowerPoint
Ability to Prioritise & work under pressure
Experience working in a Manufacturing environment desirable but not essential
Hours for this role can be either 9am-2pm or 10am-3pm Monday to Friday.
