Location: Camberley, Surrey

Salary: £40k - £42k + Bonus + Pension + Cycle to work + Perk Box + Flexible working hours

Our client is a UK based management consultancy which exists to offer world-class facilities management and catering consultancy solutions to organisations that wish to review their outsourced and internally managed services.

The companies Partners have a minimum of 20 years experience operating at senior management levels within the Contract Catering and Support Services Industry and their goal is to assist their clients in improving standards, enhance the end user experience and ensure best value for money.

The Role:

* The business is seeking to recruit an operations Manager to join the Central Support Team.

* Reporting to the partner, you will be responsible for managing the Operations Team in delivering the company's tender management and contract monitoring products.

* Reporting to Good, clear, and confident communications skills, both written and verbal, are highly regarded for this role

A summary of key tasks is as follows:

* Dealing with internal and external stakeholders.

* Managing a team of different roles and responsibilities and coordinating these roles to achieve common goals.

* Effectively allocating and managing the team's resources to meet client deadlines.

* Contributing to the continuous improvement and innovation of operational services delivered.

* Ensure tender processes are run in a compliant manner

* Providing financial evaluation and insight to consultancy projects, including benchmarking of pricing and qualitative services

* Supporting other teams and office administration as required

Person Specification:

* Ability to manage a team with various skill sets

* Highly numerate

* Financially qualified

* Able to interpret and evaluate financial data.

* Intermediate Excel skills

* An understanding of procurement and tender management

* This individual is likely to be fast paced, a self-starter, determined, enthusiastic, good team worker, reliable, sociable, and driven to exceed targets
