QUALITY AND PROCESS IMPROVEMENT MANAGER

Quality & Process Improvement Manager
Salary: Up to £55,000 DOE


Location: Ferndown


Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm


Our client is a thriving business technology company based in Ferndown.

They are looking for a motivated individual with proven experience in third-party certification management systems and business process improvement, to help take their business to the next level.


Working alongside experienced colleagues and Board Members, you will be accountable for maintaining our excellent certification compliance record ensuring we continually achieve the highest standards.

You'll be responsible for identifying, challenging and improving business processes and managing and maintaining established ISO9001,ISO27001 and ISO20000 certifications.


You will also drive improvement through acquisition and compliance of further certifications including ISO14001 and provide guidance and support to multi-disciplined teams across all areas of the business.


Main Responsibilities:



  • Reviewing, designing, and implementing new processes and process improvement across the business, supporting the strategic business growth objectives whilst improving efficiencies and delivering a truly exceptional customer experience.

  • Drive compliance across the business through the implementation of an effective management system, measuring performance, identifying required improvements, and overseeing implementation.

  • Analyse, document and implement agreed changes to business processes

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance operational performance

  • Manage and maintain existing third-party certifications

  • Build strong relationships across the business, ensuring the maintenance of a quality culture

  • Drive operational excellence through effective quality management


The successful candidate will have:



  • Experience in identifying opportunities to improve business processes and implementing process improvement change

  • Experience in implementing and ensuring continued compliance to ISO standards

  • A talent for problem solving and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and listening skills

  • Ability to work proactively, prioritise effectively and use own initiative 

  • Self-motivation with a drive for continuous improvement
