, Support the SRO and divisional triumvirate to deliver the objectives of the Elective Hub Project

, Facilitate the production of the business cases supported by external Trust advisers in collaboration with the Capital Project Manager and wider project team - providing information and narrative as required.



, Development and execution of the clinical and operational commissioning plan to ensure that the facility operates effectively at go-live.

, To provide professional support, expertise and management of the project and workstreams ensuring that they are set up appropriately, equipped with the right level of resources and remain focused on the vision and objectives of the project.



, Provide leadership and focus to the project team and pro-actively communicate with key stakeholders on the development and delivery of the project ensuring that it is managed in line with best practice standards and that risks are managed and benefits realised.

, Planning and monitoring overall progress to make sure that project milestones are being met across the various workstreams
, Support the budget management by advising and managing the use of resources across workstreams.



, Ensure that risk management arrangements are working effectively and that any issues arising over the course of the project life cycle, are well managed and corrective measures undertaken early.

, Coordinate the project and workstreams and their interdependencies between the various projects and programmes across the Trust ensuring alignment of deliverables across workstreams.

, Ensure that stakeholders are engaged appropriately

, Demonstrate exceptional relationship building and communication skills in order to work with a range of stakeholders internally, regionally and nationally.
, Work with and support staff from across the organisation to develop, implement and embed a programme of continuous improvements to working practices that arise as a result of redesigning patient pathways, business processes, digital requirements and work programmes within the Elective Hub to ensure that services are high quality, efficient, effective and patient focused.
