IT Customer Support Analyst - Stroud - £22,000


We are currently looking for a Customer Support Analyst to work for an innovative Software Development Company based in Stroud.

You will be supporting the client base with their bespoke software, dealing with a wide range of technical issues in an efficient and professional manner.


You will be the point of contact for the clients needing support, so you need to be professional in your phone manner and have great attention to detail, to ensure all written correspondence positively represents the business.


You must have good fundamental IT knowledge and a desire to further than knowledge within this role.

The customer support analyst is expected to have some prior customer support experience.

The successful candidate will be expected to:



  • Log incoming support tickets

  • Allocate support tickets to the relevant team members - i.e developers or Project Managers

  • Daily tracking of all outstanding tickets - making sure all SLA's are adhered to.

  • Set up and maintain Virtual Machines on Amazon AWS

  • Set up domains and SSL certificates



There is a great working environment which is professional but laid back and friendly.

This role is a Monday - Friday position, working a 37.5 hour working week.

25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
