Client Relations Coordinator

£25,000 - £35,000 + Commission + Bonus + Benefits

A successful, dynamic and highly driven Client Relations Coordinator with lead and demand generation experience and a natural hunter mentality is required to generate sales opportunities and prospect meetings for the sales team of a leading provider of bespoke, sustainable commercial & public washroom solutions.

In order to build on increased demand, a self-starting Client Relations Coordinator is required to provide a continuous flow of new, potential customers through the efficient handling of existing and new prospects whilst identifying new sales opportunities.

Whilst the ideal candidate will have previous successful experience from within an outbound telemarketing or telesales environment following up on cold or warm leads, applications are also encouraged from candidates without specific industry experience that can demonstrate the tenacity and professionalism required to succeed in this important role.

Key Responsibilities

  • To carry out telesales activity on a daily basis.

  • To administer ACT/CRM updates.

  • To prepare ABI leads for cold calling to architects and other clients.

  • To arrange appointments over the phone and manage the Client Relations team diaries,

  • including client visits, catalogue drops and CPD's.

  • To initiate contact with new clients using social media, where applicable.

  • To adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific individuals.

  • To direct prospects to the Client Relations team, where required.

Skills & Experience

  • Able to demonstrate a successful solid track record of telephone-based lead generation or customer acquisition

  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas

  • Experience using a CRM tool

  • Experience of working to KPI's

  • Strong delivery focus and a ‘right-first-time' attitude

  • Highly energetic and self-motivated attitude

  • High attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Target-driven with the ability to apply innovative solutions.

  • Customer-focused, self-motivated and able to work well as part of a busy team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Effective IT skills, ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks.
