Location: Fleet, Hampshire

Salary: Up to £60,000 per year £90k OTE

Job Type: Full-time

Customers are therefore able to benefit from a wealth of software and business management experience as well as Sage EM's core ERP product functionality.

Having implemented Sage EM in a wide variety of vertical markets they can make suggestions, drawn from working examples, of the most effective and productive way to manage business processes

The Role:

* You will bring your experience in partner management, partnering strategy, and deal development to forge impactful relationships with membership and referral partners.

You work collaboratively, are commercially minded, and skilled in navigating and managing complex business relationships.


Responsibilities:



* Nurturing and building relationships with existing partners.


* Identify new selling partners to engage internationally.


* Educate selling partners on company products and services, processes, sales routes, and procedures.


* Co-selling with partners to help push deals forwards and ensure success.


* Manage own quota, against key accounts and ensure they are retained and developed


* Create and drive cross sell/up sell opportunities into accounts


* Handling of all of the commercial aspects of quotes and proposals sent to customers.


* Working with the marketing team to help create and execute focused campaigns ranging for add-on products and services


* Working proactively with R&D to provide feedback from the partners and end customers into the product roadmap.


* Escalation point for every eventuality - inspiring confidence in the partner and customer as the 'go-to' contact


Experience and skills:



* Minimum 5 years of B2B Account Management experience, with channel exposure.


* Excellent Communication Skills


* Well-developed customer management and presentation skills, with evidence of strong relationship building at all levels


* Experience within one or more of the following fields is ideal:

* Finance Solutions


* Automation Solutions


* Cloud Solutions







* Excellent communication skills, strong commercial awareness, time management and organisational skills.


* Cross-departmental collaboration to influence and drive the business forward.




* You are a proven retention and growth professional in a B2B or channel sales environment, working with SaaS software.


* Successful track record in selling and growing professional services, SaaS technology and/or training services to C-suite.


* Broad commercial awareness and experience


* You have a demonstrable background of opening new opportunities through existing portfolios


* Proven use of sales methodology and sales process, including consistent use of CRM


* You're experienced in maintaining existing, and building new commercially, strong partner channels.


* You have a passion and enthusiasm for success, focusing on customer success and the growth of the company
