Customer Service Manager (Client Support Manager)
Location: Wilmslow - 2 days office in Wilmslow, 3 days from home
Salary: up to £31,000 per annum

The Role

The Client Support Manager is responsible for the management of our Onboarding & Atlas Support Operations team.

This is a role focused on delivering exceptional service to all of our customers, internal and external.

A key element of the role is to manage the team to deliver and schedule onboarding training to all our new clients along with supporting existing clients on our Atlas Platform through their lifetime with Citation.

The role will be hugely varied and will suit an individual with strong leadership skills, good attention to detail who can engage their team and drive success through driving efficiencies and always looking for process improvements along the way.

You will work with the teams to identify their strengths and help them reach their full potential by identifying areas of opportunity.
