Account Manager


Service Care Solutions have an opportunity to join a nationwide company based in Burnley that are looking to start a new sales team.


This is an exciting new position that will involve reaching out to existing customers to discuss their day to day fleet needs and how the companies products can help reduce costs, admin and time.


This is not cold calling as you are calling existing clients who already have a relationship with the business!



ROLE: Sales Consultant


LOCATION: Burnley (Town Centre, Office Based)


SALARY:
1st year OTE £25,000
2nd year OTE of £35,000 and increasing as your client base grows.



If you have sales experience that's great, but if not then don't worry! The company provides full training and mentoring to give you all the tools and skills you need to succeed in the role.



Role & Responsibilities



  • Maintain a full understanding of product offerings and the market.

  • Plan & prioritise sales activities

  • Maintain and develop new customers through appropriate sales methods

  • Deliver a high quality of service, increasing business growth, and customer satisfaction.

  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.

  • Log information on calls and update all customer records on the CRM system.

  • Any other duties as may be reasonably required.



Requirements



  • A good level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Enthusiasm and excellent communication skills

  • Willingness to learn

  • A desire to talk on the phone and communicate confidently
