HR Co-Ordinator

This HR Coordinator position is with a globally leading chemical and FMCG company.

The main purpose of the HR Coordinator is defining, planning, and leading plans, using your innovative style to think creatively.

Operating on a state-of-the-art site in Port Sunlight, the company is continuing to invest millions of pounds on site into driving continuous improvement.

Taking this opportunity as HR Coordinator would mean working for a leading FMCG company.

This is a key manufacturing company relied on by many industries and this HR Coordinator role is critical to ongoing operation.

Responsibilities of the HR Coordinator;

  • Help create, drive, and deliver the culture strategy and transformation, organizational design/development, change management and program management approach for cyber.

  • Lead all change management for key Cyber projects and programmes, liaising internally with teams and stakeholders to ensure awareness, engagement, and the ultimate delivery of the projects you're responsible for

  • Identify opportunities to maximise our culture and change efforts for greatest strategic impact and define the priority capabilities required to succeed.

  • Drive and embed cultural changes within the business, using innovative ways of getting messages across to our employees and our customers, helping to make sure those messages stick and driving employee engagement.

  • Work with broad range of stakeholders across geographies, functions and work levels including some contact with senior stakeholders.

  • Help to tell the Cyber story and narrative to the broader business to gain support and engagement for our cyber transformation journey.

To be successful in this position as HR Coordinator, the successful applicant must have relevant experience in culture strategy and transformation, organizational design/development, change management and program management.

The right candidate must also have experience of working in a communications role in an IT/Security/Cyber environment or demonstrable ability to translate complex information into effective end user communications.

You must have excellent strategic thinking skills, with the ability to take broad visions and concepts and develop structured plans, actions and measurable metrics and then execute those plans.
