Senior Developer - .Net

Opportunity for an experienced Senior or Lead Developer with experience in .Net frameworks to join a company that develop and supply software, primarily to the NHS and products in the health sector.

They have software in more than 200 UK hospitals and have a focus on healthcare scheduling and are currently experts in their field.

They also offer many other products in this area.

In this role you will be expected to make recommendations to the CTO that will benefit the team, it's standards and product delivery.

  • You will set an example to the less experienced members of the team.

    You can be a guiding hand and source of information as you mentor them through their development.

  • You will work with them to curate suitable training plans, delivered through their subscriptions.

  • Each team member is given half a day per week for personal learning time.

  • Technically, you will have the experience to architect new solutions, identify the technology to use, and then plan, estimate, and execute the delivery.

  • Managing a small team who can mentor team members to be the best they can be.
