Service Advisor

Do you have administrative and customer service experience?

Tudor Employment are excited to be recruiting for a Service Advisor based in Dunston, Stafford.

For drivers, the location is easily accessible via the motorway from Walsall and Cannock.

For individuals seeking personal development, this is a great opportunity as the client offer a robust development pathway facilitating internal and external training.

You will be funded on a NVQ in Customer Service and NVQ in Business Administration, as well as role-specific training to increase your brand and product knowledge.

The client offers luxury motorhomes and allied services including maintenance, repair and bespoke installation.

Experience within car sales or motor vehicle environment would be highly advantageous.

This is a permanent vacancy.

Are you the right person for this role? We expect the Service Advisor will:

-          Have two years or more administrative experience

-          Be passionate about travel, leisure or vehicles

-          Have a full UK Driving Licence

-          Be professional in appearance and nature

What will I be doing? Key accountabilities of the Service Advisor role are:

-          To take ownership of the customer and their vehicle from point of sale throughout the product life

-          To work under the instruction of the Service Centre Manager and Operations Manager

-          To meet and greet all customers upon arrival

-          To qualify the customer to achieve accurate diagnostic information

-          To communicate with allied departments including the workshop, approving any additional work needed on vehicles

-          To manage the logistics and parking of all vehicles on site

-          To, when appropriate, upsell allied products and services

-          To continually update the CRM with accurate client details and vehicle history

-          To respond to any customer enquiries within two hours of receipt

-          To provide reception cover as needed

What are the hours of work?

The Service Advisor would be expected to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM.

You will be expected to work one out of three Saturday’s (9AM-1PM), with a day off within the week in lieu.

This is a permanent vacancy and will be an office-based role.

What is the rate of pay?

The Service Advisor will be paid up to £25,000 per annum dependant on experience.

Additional bonus structure applies dependant on sales.
