Dove & Hawk have been instructed by an Estate Agent Based in Central London looking for a Sales Manager to join their team.

They are a growing brand and looking for someone who has the ability to come in and hit the ground running.

Duties/Function of the role:

• Carrying out, following up and chasing market appraisals.


• Oversee the pipeline and manage conveyancing.


• Maintain relationships and give vendors feedback.


• Liaise with marketing and administration on campaigns.


• Manage sales negotiators and motivate the team.


• Learn and present the key values of the business to potential clients.


• Report to Directors on progress.

Requirements of the role:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).


• A proven track record of closing sales.


• Immaculate presentation.


• A confident and personable approach to property sales.

Salary Budgets: £25-30K Basic, £60,000 OTE

Required working hours: Mon-Friday 10am-6.30pm.
