We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join our team.

Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 per year + Benefits (Listed below)

About the role

The job is focussed on administration, client liaison and marketing aspects of the business but it will also include other general office-based tasks.

The main areas of work will be



* Following up initial enquiries - by email, phone and in person.


* Answering the phone, taking and passing on messages, actioning things where appropriate.


* Client liaison, following up from meetings and updating clients on project progress.


* Booking meetings and managing the office diaries


* Inputting client data into various Data bases & updating these


* Filing and organisation of projects, data, drawings and specific information relating to all aspects of projects.


* Ordering various materials by phone or internet.


* Organising the office-based design & product information - magazines, brochures & material samples


* Researching information and prices


* Organising photographs of work and allocating them to file storage on the network so they can be easily accessed for various uses.


* Organising displays in the showroom.


Our ideal candidate:



* The candidate should be a confident communicator with experience of client liaison and good organisational skills.


* Ideally with a creative background, good attention to detail and a can-do attitude.


* Experience of running and working in a busy design office is preferred.
