Customer Support Co-Ordinator

Holt Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Co-Ordinator to join a busy retentions team for a company in Bournemouth.This role requires organisation and planning to ensure customers are responded to promptly, work is kept up to date and support is given when needed to the Customer Retentions Manager.

This role is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Salary is between £22,000-24,000 depending on experience. 

The repsonsibilities of this Customer Support Co-Ordinator role include:

- Retaining customers & winning back business.
- Recieving & Processing notifications onto the system
- Logging & Checking all transfer requests
- Researching customers accounts ensuring you have a full understanding of their experience
- Contacting customers to discuss their reasons/requirements
- Completing all administrative tasks 
- Recommending process improvements where appropriate

To be considered for this role you must have:
Strong administrative skills
Attention to detail
Experience in a similar role
Confidence speaking with customers
