Salary : Total comp of £33,750 ( comprised of £30,750 + car allowance of £3250).

There is additional OTE of £3,000

Location: Fully remote - UK Based

Travel : Yes there will be international travel involved

Company: Expanding company working within secondary school education services and developing software to support pupil learning.

This is state-of-the-art VR technology that helps to engage pupils and makes learning more fun

The role

You will train customers and clients on the use of higher educational learning tools and all digital products in person and remotely

Duties

• Providing onsite (classroom) or remote training on company products


• Create and implement an engaging training strategy for European customers and staff


• Create innovative and fresh training materials


• Attend conferences, trade shows and events


• Support the clients to make the best use of the technology


• Drive client retention, tech usage and uptake of new products


• Occasionally assist sales staff to deliver pre-sales product presentations and explain the company training programmes


• Create videos and use various social media channels to promote training tools ( use of Twitter)


• Liaise with Librarians, faculty, and students

Requirements

• Proven in person training experience, ideally within the education, information, or publishing industries


• Fluent English language skills


• Full UK Driving License
