Customer Service Administrator


As the Customer Service Administrator, you will be joining this established company who since 2010 have grown to over 300 locations and employ over 2000 staff.

The role will be based in Brackley where you will be part of a small team.

This role will suit an individual who wants to grow with the business and be part of their supportive and fabulous team.


Purpose of the Customer Service Administrator role


You will be the central point of contact for customer.


Key accountabilities:



  • Monitor and support a growing network of corporate branches

  • Provide a high level of telephone support to customers

  • Reschedule and schedule missed work

  • Ordering products

  • Taking and managing enquiries

  • Upselling services

  • Maximise sales opportunities by regular customer communication, both written and verbal

  • Minimise overdue and outstanding invoices

  • Report progress of corporate branches

What's in it for you?


The salary is circa £25,000 with commission c£3,000 for any upselling of products.

Based on full time hours of 8:30 - 5pm Monday - Friday (30 mins break).

The position is office based, 23 days holiday, plus bank holidays, pension, eye care vouchers and more.
