IT Account Manager

Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE with uncapped sales bonus

Location: Ferndown, Dorset

Hours: Monday - Friday

They are looking for a professional and driven Account Manager to join their Sales team.

The Role:

Working in a collaborative team, you'll have an initial training period to provide you with the knowledge you'll need to build a career tailored around your own strengths.

You will be responsible for:

• Maintaining and developing the working relationship with customers


• Keeping existing customers up to date with developments in technology in their sector


• Introducing new products and services to existing customers


• Building an understanding of existing customers' business objectives


• Ensuring that services continue to meet customers' business strategy needs

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

• Excellent communication and organisational skills


• Ability to build relationships and rapport


• Ability to engage in meaningful conversations with excellent listening skills


• Enthusiasm for the impact of technology on businesses
