Staff Nurse - Interventional Neuroradiology - Perm

We are looking for Staff Nurse - Interventional Neuroradiology with enthusiasm and commitment to excellent care.

On a typical day you will:

• You will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care of patients under indirect supervision from the senior nurse caregivers.

They are expected to be able to provide general and specialised direct nursing care in accordance with CCL’s established policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Provides direct nursing care to patients in accordance with CCL’s established policies, procedures and protocols.
• Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate. 
• Can prioritise nursing care, recognise deterioration in a patient’s condition and escalate to the senior nursing team/clinicians immediately. 
• Evaluates, updates and revises plan of care to facilitate achievement of planned and expected outcomes.
• Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care when required
• Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the multi-disciplinary team.
• Provides teaching and educational material as appropriate, validates and documents patient and family understanding of teaching. 
• Always adheres to the NMC code of conduct and acts as the patient advocate.
• Participates effectively at the Quality improvements initiatives for the ward ensures that the Ward KPI’s are achieved and are aligned with CCL quality standards.
• Requires critical thinking skills and the ability to work as part of a team
 
What will you need to succeed in this role?

• Experience working in a neurological or spinal rehabilitation setting (Essential)
• Current nursing registration (First Level) through the Nursing & Midwifery Council (Essential)
• Must be willing to undertake relevant post-registration courses (Essential)
• ILS provider course completed and qualification in required upon hire, or within 3 month of hire (Essential)
• Experience working in the Independent Sector (Desirable)
• Track record of achievement of objectives in present and past jobs in the clinical field (Essential)
