Sous Chef (Brasserie)
PRIVATE MEMBERS CLUB – British Brasserie – 40 hours per week - £18.75 per hour

- Located five-minute walk from Green Park Station
- Closed Christmas, New Year & Bank Holidays!
- 40 hours per week as standard.
- £18.75 per hour, paid overtime is available and optional
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?
- A competent and experienced Sous Chef who can confidently run a brasserie style operation and support the Head Chef.
- A strong leader and motivator for the junior members of the kitchen brigade.
- A creative chef who can assist in the creation of seasonal dishes for the brasserie menu.
- The successful Sous chef must have a stable employment history and good references.
- Someone who is hands on, self-motivated and has at least five years’ experience working in professional kitchens.
