• 40 hours per week as standard.
• £18.75 per hour, paid overtime is available and optional

WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

• A competent and experienced Sous Chef who can confidently run a brasserie style operation and support the Head Chef.
• A strong leader and motivator for the junior members of the kitchen brigade.
• A creative chef who can assist in the creation of seasonal dishes for the brasserie menu.
• The successful Sous chef must have a stable employment history and good references.
• Someone who is hands on, self-motivated and has at least five years’ experience working in professional kitchens.
