The Role of the Territory Sales Manager:

Main part of the role is to sell range of industry leading Hearing Aids.

There will be add on products that you will look to sell such as cleaning kits, batteries etc....


Selling into the independent market, dealing with the person that owns the practice.



Looking to ensure that they are able to increase/maintain the active accounts and where possible look at the inactive accounts and how they are able to get them to an active account.


They use Salesforce as a CRM system and everything is tracked on that.


Need someone that understands how to manage a territory.


Area covers Leicester, Peterborough, Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridge, Stevenage, Chelmsford, St Albans, Hemal Hempstead, Oxford, Coventry, Gloucester, Worcester, Hereford, South Wales, Milton Keynes, Bristol & Swindon & Northampton – (Ideal location is around Milton Keynes, Oxford, Northampton, Luton)

The Ideal Person for the Territory Sales Manager:

Wants an out and out sales person.


Someone that understands diary/territory management.



Has the ability to have BDM conversations with business owners.


Medical Sales background would be ideal but will also consider B2B sales people with a proven track record and growing a territory.


Able to talk about the successes you have had in your previous roles.
