4Recruitment Services are seeking to recruit a Pastoral Tutor to support our client based in Wandsworth.

This is a full-time role which is Monday to Friday 9:00-17:00.

Our client is looking for an experienced Pastoral Tutor to join them on a Fixed term basis with potential to extend on review.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• To support groups of students with catchup sessions

• To set SMART targets for students to achieve their full potential

• To promote independent learning my motivating students

• To help support and prepare them for examinations

• To work then teachers to produce targets of gaps within their knowledge

• To ensure that there are updated records of progress in line with policies

• General Kitchen Duties

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Enhanced DBS (provided by our agency if you do not have one)

• Maths and English GCSE or equivalent

• Experience within a Education setting

• Experience supporting within Business studies ( not essential )

• Good communication
