Italian speaking Customer Service Supervisor - Home Based

Italian Speaking Customer Service Supervisor is required for an amazing company, who are growing rapidly operating on a global scale partnering with some of the worlds technology giants.


As Customer Service Supervisor you will closely with the Customer Service Manager to help lead, motivate and support a small team of customer service advisors to ensure they a great customer service experience.


You must be a able to speak and write in fluent Italian and English - there will be a small written and verbal test throughout the application process.


The Customer Service Supervisor will be required to work Monday - Fridays 8.00am - 4.00pm based from home with the requirement to visit HQ 3 times a quarter.

In reward you will be paid a basic salary of c.

£23,000 p.a.
(dependant on experience) plus some great benefits.


The successful Italian speaking Customer Service Supervisor will have:



  • Previous experience in a Supervisory role within a customer service environment is essential

  • Proven stability in a job role

  • Speak and write fluent Italian and English

  • Have a passion to go above and beyond for customers and your team

  • Excellent people management skills

  • Highly motivated with skills to develop and coach team members to achieve performance expectation


Your main duties as Customer Service Supervisor include:



  • Act as point of escalation for frontline advisors, helping to resolve more complex queries

  • Coach and develop agents to help achieve performance targets

  • Support Team Manager in conducting team meetings

  • Work with Team Manager to ensure the service delivered to all customers meets KPIs and SLAs

  • Monitor work queues and SLAs where required

  • Assist with delivering training for frontline workers

  • Help develop individual training and development plans
