Administrative Assistant

We currently have a position at Leicestershire county council working within a Administrative Assistant role.

As a service support assistant you will be required to deal with confidential matters in a efficient way and deal with a multitude of different situations.

This job is mainly a administrative job meaning you will be inputting and documenting paperwork as well as responding to telephone calls, emails and enquiries.

The job requires you to have previous experience with admin work and communication skills as you will working on different softwares and systems such as Microsoft Word and Excel as well as having good written and oral skills to complete the job to a high level.

You will need to be organised and manage your own workload as well as arrange meetings and appointments for both external contractors and other staff members.

Hours of work are Monday-Friday 9:00am-17:00pm paying £11.75ph.

Work will be within the County Hall but you also have the opportunity to work from home.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience working in admin
