The Role of Assistant General Manager:

We are looking for a solid number two for this wonderful Bar/Restaurant.

Stunning surroundings and offering a wonderful menu split over two offerings.

We are looking for a commercially strong manager who has a keen eye for detail and excels in both Restaurants and Bar concepts.

The product is premium, and the service is meaningful.

It is an affluent client base, and you will have constant regulars as well as destination customers.

We are looking for someone who can lead by example and really drive culture through the business.

Constantly striving to empower and develop your team whilst supporting your GM.

Who will you be as Assistant General Manager?

• Dedicated to quality & high levels of service, my client’s portfolio includes restaurants, brasseries, bars & Michelin starred premium dining experiences
• Ideally your background will be in up-market restaurants with an emphasis on quality products & premium service
• This site has a strong wet offer as well, so this needs to be in your locker!
• My client is after established, proven managers so you will need a minimum of 2 years as an Assistant Manager or higher to be considered
• Customer care and satisfaction must be at the forefront of what you do – the service is second to none.
• Strong financials and commercial acumen are essential
• Ability to manage high volume and a very fast pace is a must.
• Recruitment and retention need to be in your locker
• The ability to govern & motivate a large team will be paramount here
• Stylish and sophisticated, the venue provides an excellent place to excel your career and develop with a quality company.
