Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant
Location: Chelsea area, London
Salary: up to £40,000 per annum
Client: Hight net-worth individual running multiple businesses.

We are looking for a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to provide a complete, effective and professional PA secretarial and administrative support service to a High-Net-Worth Individual client with multiple businesses.

This Personal Assistant role would ideally suit someone who is outgoing and confident as the client runs across multiple circles in London and internationally and is running multiple business ventures.

  • Support in the efficient running of the client office / private life;
  • Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
  • Liaising with associates and other business partners;
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
  • Producing documents and letters, briefing papers, reports and presentations, administration work;
  • Attend meetings and taking minutes when necessary;
  • Arranging reservations and travel when required, visas and accommodation and, occasionally file expenses

The Ideal Candidate
As the Personal Assistant it is essential you can demonstrate the following skills and competencies:

  • At least a year previous experience in a similar role
  • Computer Literate – Competent using Email & Microsoft Office- Excel, Word & Power point
  • An excellent command of the English Language both written & orally
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to handle urgent or emergency tasks even out of hours
  • Ability to be flexible, with a systematic and methodical approach to work
  • Good organisational skills including the ability to work to deadlines and to prioritise workload.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels together with a confident and presentable manner
  • Ability to act on own initiative and work without close supervision
  • Ability to adapt to all situations
  • Ability to display professionalism
  • Great interpersonal skills and Impeccable presentation at all times
