Service Desk Support Analyst

FPSG are proudly working in partnership with a large UK based professional organisation for their office in Glasgow.

Due to the development within the organisation, we are looking to add an experienced Service Desk Support Analyst to the team.

This will be a Monday to Friday position that is fully office based with a highly competitive salary and a fantastic culture to be part of.

You will have 6 - 12 months 1st/2nd line experience, preferably within the financial, legal or other professional services sector and be passionate around all things IT.

You will play a vital part to the organisation by being first point of contact for all IT related requests i.e PCs, apps, printers, companies direct software, new integrated technologies etc.

The Role

  • Answering, logging and prioritising all 1st / 2nd line calls.

  • Find processes to successfully resolve tickets.

  • Communicate verbally and written to all calls.

  • Organisation of all user accounts from set up, maintain and deletion.

  • Reviewing of all security quarantined emails and release / report where necessary.

  • Set up on site, meetings and home office workers.

  • Creating and maintaining documentation.

  • Support all technology (Dell Laptops, MS365, IOS devices, Mitel/VoIP systems, iManage doc management software.

About You:

  • 6 - 12 months experience within a similar environment.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft OS and applications, audio/visual technologies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communicator.

  • Proactive around system security.

  • Driven and flexible team player.

  • Highly approachable and willing to help.

  • People focused with a can do attitude.

  • Ability to work unsupervised.

  • Organised and able to work effectively through prioritising.
