A premier independent care provider – one of the UK’s top 25 companies to work for in 2021 – is now looking for a Registered Nurse (Adult or Mental Health) to join their “Good”-rated care home not far from Malton, which provides tailored nursing and specialist dementia care that focuses on independence, choice, and memory.

Their purpose-built home was designed with its residents in mind, using considerate interior accommodations that help with navigating the home, with maintaining independence, and that complement the care and support on offer.

With landscaped grounds, a sensory garden, multiple lounges, a vegetable plot, and a wealth of planned activities – including cocktail hours, baking, music performances, virtual experiences, and regular outings – residents are able to preserve their life skills and stay included in their community.

As a Care Home Nurse with the service, you will use your compassionate, patient-centred approach and excellent clinical skills to maintain a safe and relaxing environment for the residents in your care, helping them to live comfortably while remaining as independent and active as possible.

This is a permanent Care Home Nurse role for 36 hours per week, with a mixed shift pattern.

Person specification:

You must be registered with the NMC as a Registered Adult Nurse (RN Adult) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
