Position:              General Manager           

Location:             SE London         

Salary:                 £42,000 + Profit Share Bonus

The Client

• An established market leader with years of experience in delivering expertly prepared beverages and a broad range of hearty culinary meals within a relaxed and friendly environment.
• People and product focused pub company

The Role

• Coordinate daily customer service operations.
• Responsible for the daily operations and performance of the pub.
• The focus will be on team training and maintaining excellent service standards while driving the business forward and maximizing growth.
• 130 cover capacity, managing a team of 15 staff with great local guests

The General Manager

• Personality, personality, personality!!! A background in gastro food led Pubs or the hotel industry is a plus!
• My client is looking for ambitious, standards driven Managers with an outgoing personality and strong motivational skills.
• The right candidate will have a passion for customer focus with an eye for detail! There are great career progression opportunities for a vibrant and driven Manager!
