EXECUTIVE CHEF – Luxury Resort Hotel in Algarve, Portugal

We need an Executive Chef for this Luxury Hotel with multiple restaurants with Mediterranean and International cuisines.

We are looking for someone with the drive, passion and want to develop his / her teams.

You will be in charge of 4 outlets as well as the Events division.

We are looking for a head chef / Executive Chef who has:

• Worked in a fast pace / high volume environment
• Can adapt to multiple Cuisine – specific focus on Mediterranean Cuisine
• Good leadership and thrive in the development of his / her teams
• Strong consistency and who has very high standards.
• Is able to manage a multi-cultural brigade of more than 30 chefs
• Is fully responsible for the financial control of the department
• Hands-on and loves to lead from the front and by example
• Portuguese language is an advantage

Package on offer: €60,000 - €65,000 annual gross salary plus bonus and additional benefits.
